A Day in the Life of a Strawberry Picker

Yay for strawberries! I went with the mom's group that I'm a part of and we had a really nice time picking lots of strawberries. The boys enjoyed it because it had a nice mix of mud, eating strawberries while picking them and being with friends. Nathan was super proud of his full bucket and kept telling me how strong he was to be able to carry his own bucket!

Feeding Robots

Literally. J wanted to give his robot some carrots. And N wanted his usual meat-and-cheese-and-no-condiments sandwich. And it made for some cute pictures. :)

Baby Shower Decorations

Wahoo! Another hostess event under my belt! I love having people over to the house and making food and decorations and all that jazz, but when everyone is over then I feel like settling into my "let everyone else talk while I hang out in the shadows" instead of actually leading the conversation. I'm getting better at it though with more practice! Anyways, I had fun making bunting decorations for the first time...thanks JoAnns for the pre-cut fabric triangles that saved me oodles of time cutting uneven ones myself! I was too busy with food prep in the morning to take blog-esq pictures, so I'm sorry Mom but I hope you can tell how it looked well enough from these...

Such a lovely day we all had together, thank you Stacy for your surprise one-day visit!! We will never forget this awesome sister day!

Sunset Refreshment

We went on a lovely cool afternoon hike and although we did not catch any frogs from the stream, we tossed many rocks into the water and tried to keep up with Nathan who forged the trail for us.
